The magnitude was 4.5. The epicenter distance from Tashkent was 209 km in the south-east direction.
The strength of earthquake in Namangan was 2 points, Andijan - 2 points, Fergana - 3 points and Tashkent - 2 points.
In other regions of Uzbekistan, seismic activity was not felt. Information about the destruction and injuries have been reported.
