Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 10 May, an earthquake with an epicenter in Afghanistan was registered in Uzbekistan at 19:08, the Republican Center for Seismic-Prognostic Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergencies.

The epicenter of the earthquake was in the Hindu Kush mountains at a distance of 520 km from Tashkent in a south-east direction. The magnitude in the epicenter was 6.

The strength of the tremors in Tashkent, Ferghana, Jizzakh, Samarkand, Karshi was 3 points, and in Termez - 4 points.
