Draft law “On appeals of individuals and legal entities” discussed in Tashkent

The event was organized by faction of Social-Democratic Party of Uzbekistan Adolat in Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan and attended by MPs, representatives of state and public organizations, healthcare sector, experts and others.

The draft law “On appeals of individuals and legal entities” was developed to ensure execution of actual tasks in this direction.

The citizens appeal institute is one of the important conditions of democratic society. The relations in this area are regulated with the Constitution of Uzbekistan and the law “On appeals of the citizens”, adopted in new edition in 2002.

The corresponding by-laws were adopted to ensure their implementation in all state bodies and the regions of the country.

At the roundtable, the participants considered issues related to improving work of the state bodies with the applications of the citizens. They also considered new draft law and presented their view on improving it.
