Dmitry Musienko Appointed as New Chairman of AVO Bank

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Artem Popov’s tenure as Chairman of the Board of AVO Bank has been terminated early, and his employment contract will be ended as of 30 November 2025.

By decision of the bank’s Supervisory Board on 25 November 2025, Dmitry Musienko has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board.

He will begin performing the duties of the position on an interim basis starting 1 December 2025, pending approval of his candidacy by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.

In addition, there have been changes in the composition of the bank’s Deputy Chairmen.
