Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The judo club founded by Olympic champion Diyor Keldiyorova has received high praise from the International Judo Federation (IJF) and was recognized as the best children’s project of 2025.
The award ceremony took place during the prestigious Grand Slam tournament in Paris.
Following the selection process, the project of the Uzbek athlete won in the category “Best Project for Children,” highlighting the importance of initiatives aimed at developing youth sports and promoting judo among the younger generation.
It is noted that the club’s activities focus on creating an environment for the comprehensive development of children, fostering a culture of sport, and supporting talented youth, fully aligning with the strategic priorities of the international sports community in promoting mass participation in athletics.
