Director of Department of Czech President’s Office visits Uzbekistan
The sides exchanged opinion on key issues of bilateral relations and perspectives of deepening multilateral cooperation, the press service of the Uzbek ministry said.
It was noted that trade turnover between two states rose 1.7 times in last three years and exceeded US$95 million. The positive trend is also observed this year. It was said that the countries have potential to expand mutual beneficial cooperation in this sphere.
Both sides expressed interest in developing dialogue political, trade-economic, and investment spheres, expanding inter-parliamentary contacts and boosting cultural-humanitarian relations.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Czech Republic Hynek Pejcha participated in the meeting.
