Digital Education: Uzbekistan Expands Cooperation with Times Higher Education

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — At the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in London, Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies Rustam Karimjonov held a meeting with representatives of the British organization Times Higher Education (THE).

The discussion focused on THE’s “U-10” initiative, which aims to bring together leading research and prestigious universities in Uzbekistan within a single platform.

Under the project, higher education institutions will be assessed on criteria such as the quality of education, the effectiveness of scientific research, and the employability of graduates.

In addition, THE representatives expressed hope that the Uzbek delegation will participate in the event scheduled to take place in London from 17 to 20 May 2026.
