Deputy Minister of Justice of Uzbekistan Holds Meeting with S&P on Reforms and Sovereign Ratings
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 25 September, under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Sherzod Rabiev, a meeting was held with representatives of the international ratings agency S&P.
During the meeting, detailed information was provided on the reforms carried out in Uzbekistan in the areas of the judicial system, human rights, anti-corruption measures, and public administration, with the aim of reflecting these developments in the international reports on sovereign credit ratings compiled by S&P.
The event was attended by officials from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the Supreme Court, responsible for liaising with international ratings and indices.
