Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Legislative Chamber of Uzbekistan adopted a law "On Preschool Education and Training".

The main directions of state policy in the field of preschool education and upbringing are enshrined in the law. Including - providing comprehensive assistance to the family in the development, getting pre-school education and raising a child, creating conditions for ensuring full coverage of children with pre-school education and upbringing. The powers of government agencies in this area are determined.

The basic concepts are introduced, such as the professional standard of a teacher, inclusive education and upbringing, children with special educational needs, an alternative form of training and education.

Standards are being established regarding the creation of non-governmental preschool educational organizations and the licensing of their activities.

The types of preschool educational organizations, including the general and combined types, with inclusive groups are determined.
