Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The presidential resolution “On Additional Measures for the Further Development of International Economic Cooperation of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted.

In accordance with the resolution, the Department for the Protection of the Rights and Support of Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan Conducting Temporary Labor Activities Abroad has been transformed into the Department for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan engaged in Temporary Labor Activities Abroad and International Economic Cooperation.

The Department has a number of additional tasks. In particular, the Department coordinates the work on expanding integration opportunities aimed at solving important problems of the national economy and its stable development.

According to the resolution, structural units for the integration of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan into the global economic system will be organized in the central offices of a number of ministries and departments within the total number of personnel.
