Denis Istomin upsets fourth seeded Tommy Haas

Uzbekistan’s Denis Istomin reached the quarterfinals of ATP San Jose on Thursday, upsetting the fourth seeded Tommy Haas of Germany.
Istomin recorded victory in straight sets – 7/6(3) and 6/2. Haas blew five set points in the first set.
Then in the second set, the German double-faulted on break point in his first service game and was broken to love to lose the match.
