Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin failed to advance to the second round of ATP Cincinnati in the United States.
In the first round, Istomin lost to Lu Yen-Hsun from Taiwan in straight sets with the score 6-3 and 6-4.
The match lasted 54 minutes. Lu Yen-Hsun recorded seven aces and two break points, and committed two double faults.
