Denis Istomin loses to Fernando Verdasco

Uzbekistan’s Denis Istomin lost to second seed Fernando Verdasco of Spain in semifinal match of the ATP San Jose.
Istomin lost to Spaniard in three sets 6/3, 2/6 and 6/4 in one hour 43 minutes.
Verdasco will meet the winner of the other semi-final between American top seed Andy Roddick and his seventh-seeded compatriot Sam Querrey in Sunday’s final.
