Denis Istomin jumps to 34th place in ATP ranking

Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin improved his ATP ranking by five positions. ATP published its new ranking on 9 July 2012.
In line with new ranking, Denis Istomin moved from 39th place to 34th place in the ranking. This is the best ever result of Istomin in ATP ranking.
Istomin reached the fourth round of Wimbledon, which helped him to improve his ATP ranking this week.
In WTA ranking, Akgul Amanmuradova jumped from 96th place to 91st place, despite her first round defeat at Wimbledon.
