Denis Istomin advances to second round of ATP SAP Open

Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin advanced to the second round of ATP SAP Open in San Jose (US) with prize fund of US$546,000.
In the first round, sixth seeded Denis Istomin defeated Ryan Sweeting of the United States in straight sets – 6/3 and 6/4.
In the second round, Denis Istomin will play against Benjamin Becker of Germany, who defeated Ryan Harrison in three sets – 6/6, 7/5 and 6/3.
