Delegation of Yeongnam Spinning visits Uzbekistan

During the meeting, the head of Yeongnam Spinning Co., Ltd. Jin Se Kin noted the growing interest of Korean investors in the textile industry of Uzbekistan. He said that the Korean delegation arrived in Uzbekistan in order to get a detailed acquaintance with the textile industry and business environment in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of the visit, Korean partners visited Uztex Tashkent JV and enterprises created with the participation of South Korean capital - Daewoo Textile (Ferghana region) and Samarkand Apparel (Samarkand). The delegation highly appreciated the activity of enterprises.

Representatives of the Uztekstilprom Association informed the Korean partners about the investment and export potential of Uzbekistan.

It was stressed that the ideas of Korean partners play an important role in development of the textile industry, including development of an innovative development strategy.
