The visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan to Bangladesh is aimed at exploiting new avenues of commerce and cooperation between two nations.
The media outlet reported that the visit will start on Wednesday, 23 April 2014. The delegation of Uzbekistan will hold negotiations with the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed, Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon and State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam, as well as other officials.
The edition said that during the talks, Uzbekistan and Bangladesh will discuss issues of opening of Embassy of Uzbekistan in Dhaka and resumption of direct air communication between two states.
