Delegation of Uzbekistan discusses prospects for cooperation with French Senate

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of Uzbekistan headed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sadyk Safoyev held a meeting with the diplomatic adviser of the Chairman of the Senate of France Hubert de Canson at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in France.

The parties discussed the issues of establishing systematic cooperation between the legislative bodies of the two countries.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed interest in developing and deepening inter-parliamentary cooperation.
