Within the framework of the visit, the delegation of Russia visited the Center for Vocational Training in Tashkent city of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan.

The purpose of the visit of the delegation was to discuss issues on development of bilateral relations between ministries and subordinate organizations, as well as getting acquainted with current situation and prospects for development of vocational training centers in Uzbekistan jointly with the Russian side.

During the visit to the Center, the Minister of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan Aktam Khaitov held a meeting with the Russian delegation.

Director of the Vocational Training Center in Tashkent R.Ibragimov informed the guests in detail about the activities of the Vocational Training Center in Tashkent and Samarkand, familiarized with the progress of construction of the Centers in Shakhrisabz city of Kashkadarya region, as well as in the Ferghana and Khorezm regions.

The guests were informed about plans of creation of vocational training centers in all regions of Uzbekistan, which will train unemployed citizens to new professions and specialties in demand on the labor market.
