Delegation of Chinese Foreign Ministry visits Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of China led by deputy director of the Department of Europe and Central Asia Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China Su Fangqiu held negotiations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 7 March 2014.

The sides considered current state and perspectives of developing relations between Uzbekistan and China, as well as issues of interaction within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

The sides underlined dynamic character of multidimensional cooperation between two states and noted mutual interest in further expanding Uzbek-Chinese relation in various areas.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Uzbekistan Sun Lijie participated in the negotiations.
