Delegation of business circles of Germany to visit Uzbekistan

The visit is organized by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Germany together with the Eastern Committee of the German Economy and the German-Uzbek Business Council.

The delegation will include over 70 representatives of German companies, working in production of construction materials, agricultural machinery, automotive, chemical and electrical industries, construction, banking, tourism, services, etc.

In particular, representatives of such companies as Siemens, MAN, BASF, Nokia, TUI Group, SAP, Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank will arrive in Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of the visit of the German business delegation, a business forum and cooperation exchange in the format "B2B" will be held in Hotel International in Tashkent on 15 May.

On the same day, the 4th meeting of the German-Uzbek Business Council will be held in Tashkent, and the next day the delegation members will take part in the solemn ceremony of launching a new production line of the Knauf Gips plant in Bukhara region.

Within the framework of the visit, the delegation will also visit the territory of the former Algorithm plant, where a German industrial zone will be created.

In addition, separate meetings of members of the delegation with representatives of various enterprises of Uzbekistan are planned. The Uzbek and German sides will discuss prospects for establishing mutually beneficial cooperation. As a result of these events, it is planned to sign a number of bilateral documents aimed at implementing joint projects.
