Davr Bank to place shares for 1.5bn soums

The Center for Coordination and Control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee registered a prospectus of emission on 30 October 2012.

According to the prospectus of emission, Davr Bank will place 150,000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 10,000 soums each. Total sum of emission is 1.5 billion soums.

The bank said that the shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders. Shares will be placed within a year.
