Davr-Bank to pay dividends for nine months of 2011

The bank noted that Davr-Bank will pay 2,208.33 soums per each ordinary share. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 1.2 million shares.

Net income of the bank made up 4.32 billion soums in nine months of 2011. The shareholders directed 2.65 billion soums to payment of dividends.

At the same time, some 1.5 billion soums of total sum, issued to payment of dividends, were directed to payment of additional emission of shares.
