Dalerkhon Nodirov Appointed as Director of IT Park Ventures

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Dalerkhon Nodirov has been appointed director of IT Park Ventures following Azamat Karamatov’s appointment as CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan.

Nodirov brings extensive experience in venture investment and tech project development. From 2022 to 2024, he was part of AloqaVentures, contributing to the development of investment portfolios and the regional startup ecosystem. Between 2024 and 2026, he served as Deputy Director for Investments at IT Park Ventures, overseeing key fund initiatives, before focusing on M&A, strategic deals, scaling portfolio companies, and partnership development in 2026.

By the end of 2025, IT Park Ventures had built a portfolio of approximately 70 startups across more than 15 countries. The portfolio follows a hybrid model: 38 projects received direct investment, while 30 joined through equity-for-participation programs in collaboration with international and regional accelerators and partners.

The fund prioritizes sectors such as FinTech, EdTech, SaaS, and AI, co-investing with over 30 international partners including Alchemist, 500 Global, AloqaVentures, Plug and Play Tech Center, and Purple Ventures.

In 2026, IT Park Ventures aims to identify promising startups and talent while enhancing support for portfolio companies through operational expertise, business scaling, and international market access. Investment efforts will focus on Seed and Series A startups and high-tech verticals, including AI and GameDev. Joint venture funds with international partners are also being launched to expand access to capital and integrate further into the global venture ecosystem.

Nodirov’s appointment is intended to continue the fund’s strategic course, strengthen its potential, support the startup ecosystem, and attract venture investment to Uzbekistan’s economy.
