Czech envoy visits Khorezm region

During his visit to the region, he participated in final stage of commissioning of four trolleybuses, produced by the Czech Republic’s Skoda.

It is expected that the trolleybuses will soon start to render services to the passengers. Currently, Skoda representatives are testing trolleybuses and teaching the Uzbek drivers.

Uzbekistan will receive another five Czech trolleybuses soon. Skoda will deliver trolleybuses in near future.

Hynek Pejcha travelled from Urgench to Khiva and familiarized with the city.

Later on the same day, he participated in opening ceremony of new recreation zone “Youth Lake” in Urgench.
