Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In Bukhara region, another 9 patients fully recovered from the coronavirus. With the participation of senior officials of the regional health department, they were carried out for rehabilitation.

All the survivors were brought from Russia to Bukhara on a charter flight on 25 March and quarantined. After confirmation of the coronavirus infection, they were hospitalized. Among them, 8 are men and 1 is a woman. 2 people are from Tashkent and Bukhara regions each and the city of Tashkent, 1 each - from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Kashkadarya and Samarkand regions. The oldest of them is 55 years old, and the youngest is 19 years old.

To date, 280 patients have been cured in Bukhara region, and now their number has reached 289. At present, in our country, the highest rate of patients recovering from coronavirus is recorded in the Bukhara region.

To date, 909 people have been cured of coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan.
