Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The resolution defined court managers, the procedures for issuing them a qualification certificate, improving their qualifications and training for obtaining a certificate.

Court manager is a person appointed by the economic court to conduct bankruptcy proceedings.

The bailiff must comply with the following basic qualifications:

- have a higher education;

- have at least two years of work experience;

- pass certification in the State Assets Management Agency.

The Agency and its territorial departments monitor the observance by the court manager of their duties.

The judicial manager training system includes:

- short-term courses - 100 academic hours or more;

- retraining (advanced training) - 30 academic hours or more;

- conducting internships for court managers in accordance with the curriculum.
