Core AI Holdings Announces Creation of a Global Network of AI Centers with a Focus on Uzbekistan and Malaysia

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Core AI Holdings, Inc., a leading developer and publisher of mobile games powered by artificial intelligence, has announced a major strategic phase in its corporate development: the creation of a global network of modern, vertically integrated AI data centers.

The company plans to launch its first projects in emerging markets, including Uzbekistan and Malaysia, viewing them as key destinations for investment and partnerships in AI infrastructure.

The initiative reflects Core AI’s long-term vision of building the technological foundation for the next generation of intelligent systems. A global network of specialized AI data centers will help drive innovation, support economic growth and advance sustainable digital transformation in developing countries.

According to industry data, the global data center market reached $242.72 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow to $691.6 billion by 2032, with a compound annual growth rate of 11.7%. Malaysia’s data center market is expected to rise from $4 billion in 2024 to $13.6 billion by 2030 (CAGR 22.4%), driven in part by U.S. investment under a landmark $150 billion technology agreement.

In Uzbekistan, the sector is developing rapidly thanks to government support and initiatives aimed at positioning the country as an IT and AI hub in Central Asia. “Green” data-center campuses are being actively developed in smart cities such as New Tashkent and Bukhara, providing a strong foundation for large-scale digital transformation.

“AI infrastructure will determine the pace of progress across all industries,” said Core AI Holdings CEO Aitan Zakharin. “We are building a globally distributed AI-infrastructure ecosystem in cooperation with public and private partners. Emerging markets offer unique opportunities thanks to policy incentives, mature power grids, low electricity costs and strong ecosystem support.”

Core AI plans to raise multi-billion-dollar financing and implement projects together with the government, private investors and international banks. Details on timelines, partnership structures and investment roadmaps will be published in the first quarter of 2026 as negotiations with stakeholders are finalized.

This initiative underscores the growing interest of global technology companies in Uzbekistan as a promising center of AI innovation in Central Asia.
