During the meeting, the sided considered issues of further developing cooperation and expanding educational programs at Inha University in Tashkent.
In particular, it was underlined that there is need to further expand Bachelor degree program via launching new majors related to electronic business as existing base for teaching Computer Science and Logistics at Inha University in Tashkent creates condition for launching programs in these areas. The sides noted need to start work on launching Master degree program at Inha University in Tashkent.
Within the visit to Inha University in South Korea, a meeting with senior students of Inha University in Tashkent, studying in Incheon, was also held.
At the end of the meeting, representatives of the two universities signed a protocol of intentions to open a Master’s program at Inha University in Tashkent and provide three grants to students of Inha University in Tashkent to study at the Master degree program at Inha University in South Korea.
During a meeting with top management of Inha University Hospital, the Uzbek side proposed to consider the possibility of opening the branch of South Korean medical institution in Tashkent in the future.
The parties agreed to establish a working group to study issues related to the possible opening of a branch of Inha University Hospital, as well as clinics, including for providing telemedicine services.
