Cooperation issue with Schindler discussed in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting with representatives of the Swiss company Schindler, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of escalators, elevators and trailers, was held at the Tashkent city administration.

Tashkent already has a positive experience of cooperation with this company - several buildings that are the hallmark of the capital are equipped with its products.

During the conversation, the willingness of the capital of Uzbekistan was noted not only to use the equipment from Schindler, but also to jointly produce these high-demand products. As the deputy khokim of Tashkent Bakhtiyor Rakhmankulov emphasized, the need for this is also connected with the growing volumes of construction in the capital.

In this regard, it is necessary to expand bilateral cooperation with the company Schindler and the implementation of a project to open a joint elevator-escalator enterprise in Tashkent.

The products of such a joint venture will be in demand not only in the construction of multi-storey buildings in Uzbekistan, but also in neighboring countries.
