Contact Finance to Issue Bonds Worth 3 Billion Soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The microfinance organization Contact Finance plans to issue corporate bonds totaling 3 billion soums.

The company has registered an issuance under which 30,000 bonds with a par value of 100,000 soums each will be placed. The placement will be carried out through a public subscription.

The total volume of the issuance will amount to 3 billion soums.

It should be recalled that the Central Bank registered Contact Finance LLC as a microfinance organization in August 2024.
