Consular offices of Uzbekistan issue entry visas to over 224,020 foreign citizens

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Consular offices of Uzbekistan issued entry visas to over 224,020 foreign citizens in January-September 2017, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

In particular, more than 96,750 tourists and 32,900 businessmen received entry visas to Uzbekistan in the reporting period.

At the same time, the growth in the total number of issued visas compared to the same period in 2016 made up 21%, including the number of issued tourist visas increased by 24% and business visas - by 27%.
