Construction of the US$200 Million Ritz-Carlton Hotel Continues in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 10 October 2025, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan Khurram Teshabayev met with Elchin Gadimov, head of the Azerbaijani company PASHA Real Estate.

The meeting focused on the progress of the construction of a five-star hotel and residential complex under the Ritz-Carlton brand in Tashkent, with a total project value of US$200 million.

The master plan for the complex was developed in collaboration with the British architectural firm Benoy. Active construction work is currently underway: the underground structures are scheduled to be completed by the end of the year, after which work on the above-ground section will begin.

Following the meeting, both parties agreed to take all necessary measures to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of the project. They also reaffirmed their readiness to deepen investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan and to launch new joint initiatives.
