Construction of NANO PHARMACEUTICAL Plant Nears Completion in Namangan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Construction of a modern pharmaceutical plant by NANO PHARMACEUTICAL in the Mingchinor microdistrict of Namangan district is approaching completion.

The total cost of the project amounts to US$20 million, including US$5 million in local investment and US$15 million from the Chinese company JIANGSU GUOTAI BOCHUANG INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.

Once operational, the plant will produce up to 40 million units of pharmaceuticals annually, with part of the output intended for export. The project is expected to create 100 new jobs.

Shavkatjon Abdurazzokov, Hokim of Namangan region, inspected the progress of construction and installation works. The enterprise is expected to commence operations in the coming days.

The NANO PHARMACEUTICAL project will make a significant contribution to the development of the region’s pharmaceutical industry and strengthen the export potential of Namangan region.
