Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A government resolution “On approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of regulating the activities of the Ministry to support the makhalla and family of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted.

The resolution established the extrabudgetary fund “Landscaped and Safe Mahalla” under the Ministry for the Support of Mahallas and Families without a legal entity.

The funds of the fund will be used for such purposes as the full and effective implementation of the “safe mahalla” principle, and the improvement of the social and spiritual environment in families and mahallas.

Also, the resolution approved the regulations on the Ministry for support of the mahalla and family, as well as on the procedure for the formation and use of the funds of the “Landscaped and Safe Mahalla” fund.
