Cold water prices to grow in Tashkent from 1 April

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- New tariffs for cold water supply will be introduced in Tashkent city from 1 April 2014, Suvsoz said in a statement. The prices will grow by 10%.

The price for cold water for population, living in multistorey houses with hot water supply and water meter, will grow from 266 soums to 294 soums per cubic meter and without hot water supply - 212 soums per cubic meter.

The price for cold water for population, living in private houses with sewage system and water meters, will make up 212 soums against current price of 193 soums and without sewage system – 130 soums.

The prices are changed due to growth of prices for electricity and other resources.
