Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 19 April, Chinese medical experts were divided into three groups in order to make maximum use of the limited time.

The first group visited the children’s hospital and the emergency medical center of Samarkand region. They made their proposals for the reconstruction of the hospital and gave a lecture to local doctors on the treatment of patients with COVID-19.

The remaining two groups met separately with experts from the Research Institute of Virology and the Research Institute of Mechanical Medicine, visited modular hospitals and shared their clinical experience. They also held a videoconference with doctors on the first front, during which they examined the patients and made their suggestions for diagnosis and treatment.

The delegation handed over to the Uzbek colleagues a collection of materials about COVID-19 specially prepared for the Uzbek side.
