Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Zamin International Public Foundation was founded in Uzbekistan as a non-governmental non-profit organization. The purpose of the Foundation is to contribute to the sustainable development of the country and improve the standard of living of the population.

The Zamin Foundation is founded with a focus on long-term, strategically important and sustainable projects. The main sources for the formation of the Foundation’s funds are charitable donations from individuals and legal entities, as well as grants from international organizations. The Foundation intends to implement a number of projects on environmental protection, development of education for children with hearing impairment, as well as the introduction of innovative technologies in the social sphere. But current circumstances dictate their own rules.

Understanding how important it is to help in a timely manner now, the trustees of the fund decided to contribute to a good cause. Thus, the funds raised for the projects were redirected in favor of supporting women and families in difficult situations. Charitable Foundation of five billion soums were distributed among five thousand women in need in all regions of Uzbekistan.
