Chairpersons of three power companies appointed

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Dadajon Isakulov was appointed as the chairperson of the board of National Electric Networks of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Energy said.

At the same time, Ruslan Mubarakshin became the chairperson of the board of Thermal power stations. Prior to appointment, he worked as the first chairperson of the board of Uzbekenergo.

Ulugbek Mustafoev was appointed as the chairperson of the board of Regional power networks. He worked as the chairperson of the board of Uzbekenergo.

On 27 March 2019, Uzbek President signed a resolution on reforming fuel-energy sphere of Uzbekistan.

In line with the document, Uzbekenergo was reorganized into three joint stock companies - National Electric Networks, Thermal power stations and Regional power networks.
