Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 29 October, in the format of video conferencing, the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Adkham Ikramov met with the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Seville Francisco Herrero Leon.

The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Spain J. Ganiev, as well as the President of the Eurasian Trade Alliance E. Gulyan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Spain. 

In order to develop bilateral cooperation, the Uzbek side suggested that the business circles of Spain visit Uzbekistan, headed by the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Seville Francisco Herrero Leon. 

Also, during the meeting, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Adkham Ikramov proposed to sign a Cooperation Agreement. In turn, the Spanish side expressed its readiness to visit Uzbekistan and provide all kinds of support to the business circles of the two countries.

In conclusion, the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan proposed cooperation in such areas as the agricultural, mining and metallurgical and machine-building sectors.
