CBU withdraws license of Baror biznes mikrokredit tashkiloti
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
The Board of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan issued a resolution on abolishment of license of Baror biznes mikrokredit tashkiloti (Tashkent city) on right to carry out microcredit organization in the country.
The press service of the bank said that the license was withdrawn in line with the law “On Central Bank of Uzbekistan”, the law “On microcredit organization” and the law “On licensing separate types of activities”.
The bank said that Baror biznes mikrokredit tashkiloti violated requirements of the laws of Uzbekistan, including normative documents of the Central Bank.
