Carpet Production in Uzbekistan Up 9.9% in First Seven Months of 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the National Committee of Statistics, Uzbekistan produced 21.1 million square meters of carpets in January–July 2025, an increase of 9.9% compared to the same period of last year.

The growth amounted to 1.9 million square meters.

Production dynamics for January–July show steady growth: in 2023, output reached 18.4 million square meters; in 2024, 19.15 million square meters; and in 2025, 21.06 million square meters.
