Caravan Group opens new restaurant Cinara’s
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Famous restaurant holding Caravan Group launched new complex Cinara’s in one of the most picturesque place of Tashkent region – Hodjikent. New restaurant is located at 70-80 km away from Tashkent city and it is planned in popular place called “Bochka”.

Total area of Cinara’s is 8 hectares. The restaurant is surrounded with rocks and century old plane trees. According to some facts, over 2,000 years ago there was chaihana and Alexander Macedonsky planned strategy for Indian campaign. In 1917, Osipov’s rebels were hiding from Bolsheviks. The place received its name from descendants of prophet, who were named Hoji. That’s why it was named Hojikent (place of saints).

According to some legends, two famous plane trees were planted by miracle man, pilgrim and hero Hoja Ahrar (1404-1489). He constructed mosques and madrasahs in Samarkand, Bukhara, Herat and Kabul. In line with some data, the ages of plane trees are over 800 years.

One of the plane trees is named by people as Five Brothers as five trunks grow from one root and branched out to various sides. The second tree is named Ona Chinar (Mother plane tree). It is required to make 30 steps to go around the tree. There is stream with clean mountain water around plane trees.

There are also petroglyphs – pictures on rocks, which show first human talents.

In future, it is planned to place several restaurants, hotels and children area. Caravan Group positions Cinara’s as network of restaurants in nature. The complex will present Japanese, Korean, Italian, English, Georgian, Thai and other cuisine. Cinara’s will present such famous restaurants in Tashkent as Caravan, Izumi, Sato, Ye Olde Chelsea Arms, Affresco, Gruzinskiy Dvorik, 12 Chairs.

Caravan Group attracted outstanding people to creation of the complex. Famous scholar and professor Eduard Rtveladze is consultant of museum under nature. Kozo Ivatani, specialist of garden landscape, created garden at the complex. Sergo Sutyagin created designs of the buildings.

Currently, the company offers 400 seats under plane trees at the complex. The complex has kitchen with fireplace and braziers, as well as tandirs. The visitors can taste hot breads, samsa, kebabs, and other national cuisine. The restaurant offers great beshbarmak horse-flesh and kumis. Each day, the restaurant will prepare special dish, including lamb on spit.

It should be mention that the construction of the complex is not finished yet. But, people can rest here, communicate with friends and relatives, and just had a good time.
