Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 15 April, at about 19.50 hours on Khonobod Street in Yunusabad district of Tashkent, the 23-year-old driver of the Captiva brand car Mirabbos A., despite the fact that there was a traffic police station at the exit of the makhalla, tried to drive ignoring the demands of police officers to stop. This was reported by the press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Tashkent.

Then, having lost control, the driver crashed into a tree. After the accident, the driver began to demonstrate aggression, insult employees and refused to comply with their legal requirements.

External signs and behavior of the driver testified that he was intoxicated, this fact was confirmed by a medical examination.

Administrative protocols were drawn up for the driver under Articles 183 (“Small Hooliganism”), 194 (“Failure to comply with the legal requirements of an internal affairs officer”), 131 (“Driving in a state of intoxication”), 134 (“Violation of traffic rules by drivers, resulting in damage to vehicles or other property ”) of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility, the car is placed on a penalty site.

Offender detained. The collected materials were submitted to the administrative court of Yunusabad district.
