Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) –– The Ministry of Health is working hard to ensure that every appeal from citizens is not left unattended, to provide them with reliable information.
As previously reported, on 15 March, the Ministry of Health launched a Call Center with a single short number 1003 to provide objective and reliable information on measures taken in the country to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, and to receive answers to questions from specialists by the population. Through this short number, citizens today receive answers to their questions from qualified medical professionals.
Call center is open around the clock. Here, more than 200 professors, teachers and doctors in three shifts continuously answer questions from citizens.
The Call Center, which began its work on 15 March at 21:00 hours, until today, that is, 11 April to 15:00 received more than 650 thousand calls. Only on 10 April, the operators answered 10,734 calls. Among the frequently asked questions, symptoms of the disease are still relevant.
