BUYUK KELAJAK plans to help reforms in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Founders of BUYUK KELAJAK, an international non-governmental non-profit organization, presented the goals, tasks and composition of the expert council.

BUYUK KELAJAK was founded by compatriots from Uzbekistan, who work in various organizations and international companies outside of Uzbekistan. The organization officially started its activity on 14 April 2018 after registration at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The first members of the expert council were 100 Uzbek people living in Russia, the United States, Canada, Britain, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark and the Middle East.

It should be noted that this step is a response to the appeal of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev at a meeting with compatriots living abroad, which was held in September 2017 in New York. Then Shavkat Mirziyoyev asked his countrymen to be involved in large-scale reforms in Uzbekistan, to direct modern knowledge and experience on the way to its development. Also, the Head of State invited all compatriots abroad to Uzbekistan who want to contribute to the development of our country, expressing their readiness to support them and comprehensively stimulate them.

The presentation of BUYUK KELAJAK took place in the hotel "Hyatt Regency Tashkent". The founders of the organization and the experts, who initiated the creation of BUYUK KELAJAK, took part in the event as speakers. At the same time, a teleconference was organized in real time with the participation of expert members, who joined from 10 cities around the world, from Tokyo to San Francisco. The main goal of the organization is to support and promote the declared and implemented by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev large-scale reforms in the political, economic and social spheres of the country.

During the event, the main tasks assigned to the organization were discussed. Expert Council BUYUK KELAJAK will unite natives of Uzbekistan, who work in various foreign states.

The council plans to hold the First Forum of the Expert Council BUYUK KELAJAK. The forum will discuss main approaches of preparation of the long-term development model of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2035 with the involvement of international consulting companies, formation of a comprehensive technical task on the development of this development model following the forum’s results.

BUYUK KELAJAK will create specialized working groups in various areas and sectors of the economy, social sphere and public administration. The groups will develop proposals on the relevant sections of the long-term development model of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2035.
