Businesses can submit tax reports without seal

Uzbekistan introduces changes to the regulation on accepting and registering financial reports, calculations on taxes and income declarations, written applications and notifications, received by the State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan from the business entities.
The document clarified that tax payers put their seals to the tax reports if the business entities have the seal.
At the same time, the enterprises, submitting reports via telecommunication channels, should confirm the reports with electronic digital signature, Norma.uz reported.
This order was set from 1 January 2015 in line with the corresponding law, which was adopted on 4 December 2014.
