Business Mission from Krasnoyarsk Krai Visits Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from Russia’s Krasnoyarsk Krai, led by Minister of Industry and Trade Maksim Ermakov, arrived in Uzbekistan on a working visit.

The business mission includes representatives of six industrial enterprises from the region, the press service of the regional ministry reported.

The participating companies operate in mechanical engineering, woodworking, industrial equipment manufacturing, CNC machinery, production of packaging materials, as well as airport services.

In Tashkent, a presentation was held on the economic and investment potential of Krasnoyarsk Krai, featuring key industrial and agricultural projects, opportunities for expanding exports, new areas of cooperation in tourism and education, and mechanisms for strengthening bilateral ties.

As part of the visit, the delegation also traveled to Termez in Surkhandarya region, where a meeting was held with the regional khokim, Ulugbek Kosimov.

Following the talks, the parties agreed to organize a return business mission of Uzbek enterprises to Krasnoyarsk Krai in 2026.
