Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The State Tax Committee receives a large number of requests from business entities requesting permits for movement and resumption of activity. This was reported by the press service of the State Tax Committee.

By a decision of the Special Republican Commission on the preparation of a program of measures to prevent the importation and spread of coronavirus in Uzbekistan, a new procedure was introduced from April 30. In particular, citizens are allowed to travel by car from 07:00 to 10:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. Entrepreneurs who have temporarily suspended activities wish to return to the previous regime as quickly as possible.

For the issuance of permits for the movement of vehicles and the resumption of activities of business entities in all district (city) khokimiyats, special headquarters have been created, which include employees of the tax service, internal affairs bodies, prosecutors, khokimiyats and SES.

Entrepreneurs who want to resume their activities and get permissive stickers for unlimited movement in vehicles should pay a personal visit to the district (city) khokimiyats at the place of tax registration at the time set during the quarantine period - from 07:00 to 10:00 and from 17:00 until 8 p.m.

For this, it is necessary to submit an application and relevant documents to the special headquarters at the district khokimiyat.

The application is considered by the headquarters members within one business day (the existence of entrepreneurial activity and compliance with all quarantine rules are checked).

In case of an unreasonable refusal to issue permits, it is recommended to contact representatives of the prosecutor's office, which are located at headquarters.

We remind you that permits for the resumption of activities and the movement of vehicles are not issued to all business entities.

According to the decision of the Republican Anti-Crisis Commission from 25 April, they include:

- markets for building materials (provided that the area of retail and wholesale trade in building materials is at least 500 sq. m);

- chain stores of large manufacturers selling their own products (in compliance with sanitary standards of 10 square meters per 1 buyer);

- artisans and craftsmen (the products they create are sold in places / stores, separately from markets);

- entrepreneurship entities (of any form of ownership) engaged in the cultivation and sale of seeds and seedlings;

- points (cash desks) of commercial banks in various facilities;

- entrepreneurship entities (regardless of the form of ownership) involved in the sale of automotive parts (if the sale is carried out in places / stores separately from major car markets);

- organizations providing services for automobiles, agricultural and construction equipment (area of at least 1000 sq. m), as well as entities providing vulcanization services;

- business entities involved in dry cleaning;

- notary offices and insurance companies;

- suspended investment projects and construction of social facilities.

Under quarantine, these entities are required to comply with sanitary and epidemiological rules in their activities.
