Bulgarian PM pays visit to Samarkand

During the visit, Bulgarian Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Uzbekistan Rustam Azimov.

Mr. Oresharski and Mr. Azimov discussed bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Uzbekistan , with a an emphasis on economic issues, the press service of the Bulgarian government said.

The two discussed the upcoming meeting of the Joint Committee of the intergovernmental Commission and political consultations in June this year. They also discussed was also the possibility the Bulgarian Prime Minister to visit Uzbekistan before the end of the year.
